Restaurant

At our restaurant you can enjoy a variety of platters including traditional Colombian dishes. Don’t miss out on our sustainably grown fish, farmed responsibly in the reserve’s grounds.

We offer a “slow food” menu using locally-sourced ingredients, clean farming and following the ecological calendar. Dishes are constantly changing according to the time of year and the harvesting cycle.

After a long day of exploring and adventuring in nature, the best way to unwind is enjoying the hotel’s amazing pool.
